Didnt care for visitors(seemingly in-town) who brought full clothing to the pool, left clothes all over section of seating area, and their kids played aggressively and loudly in pool. It happened twice during my stay so I made arrangements to my schedule to use pool very late at night and bery early in morning to avoid. Staff on last moorning, a Saturday, seemed friendlier and also busy doing real stuff. Its a real nice place though, good HVAC unit.
This place is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful! Plenty of parking and shades cover all sides and top of the window. Close to the highway but far enough away from noise. Would come back again!
This is where our company puts us up while traveling to Merrill. The rooms are clean and I have only experienced 1 bad service interaction in the many trips to the site. Continental breakfast was good and they offer a free copy of USA today at the desk. It is located just off the freeway which is convenient and easy to find.
My husband and I always have a great experience at this AmericInn in Merrill, Wi. We stay at least twice a year to visit family. Kathy the manager and her staff always make us feel so welcome and comfortable! It’s very clean and decorated so beautiful!
Very convenient location to venue. Great restaurants near by. Rooms clean & neat. Staff polite & welcoming. Breakfast lacking in choices. Same selections both days we were there. Need more variety!! I think the bathroom could have used 2 sinks- imagine 3 young women trying to get ready at the same time! Otherwise our stay was pleasant & satisfactory. Trip was for a wedding,
We loved our room with the walk in shower with sliding glass doors. Super clean, price was super, comfortable beds. Quiet, close to food and easy to find. For people who work and need boots! Try the Thorogood Outlet. On Polk Street.
Enjoyable stay in clean comfortable room. Great shower and updated bathroom. Hot breakfast with eggs. Front desk service was oustanding. I had booked 2 rooms by mistake and they corrected the error and fully refunded the extra room even though they didn't need to. Thought price was a bit high for a mid-grade hotel but the overall experience made it worthwhile.
The stuff is wonderful I highly recommend communicating with them if you have any issues they will definitely go out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful experience. I want to give a special thanks to the staff for being very welcoming and just very kind people it's very difficult to come across people that are just selfless and that is one thing that I hadn't felt in a long time, comfortable and warm.
